Billing Policy

Introduction

This Billing Policy is incorporated into Level Up Pipeline LLC's Terms of Service and sets forth the billing terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of Level Up Pipeline's services. In the event that the Terms of Service and this Policy conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

Free Trial

At times, Level Up Pipeline may offer a free trial period to new customers. To initiate this free trial, a valid credit card is required. This measure ensures our platform is only accessed by genuine individuals or entities for legitimate purposes, and it complies with our commitment to prevent spam and other inappropriate usage of the Level Up Pipeline platform. In line with the A2P 10DLC regulation enforced by the US federal government, all users are obliged to register their business phone numbers for application-to-person (A2P) SMS and MMS messaging. This regulation helps to protect all parties involved in the communication process from unauthorized or spam messages. Users are free to fully explore and test the platform at no charge during the entire free trial period, without incurring any monthly platform charges. Please note that non-compliance with the A2P 10DLC may result in penalties and/or fines by the federal government, the associated carrier of the receiving phone number, and/or the recipient of the unauthorized message.

The prescience of a Free Trial is solely at the discretion of Level Up Pipeline and by no means indicates that all or even some of our memberships come with a free trial. Again, at times, Level Up Pipeline may offer a free trial period to new customers only.

Additionally, if you are offered a free trial, immediately following your free trial period you will be billed automatically using the billing method you selected during your initial enrollment. Whether you're billed monthly or annually was selected by you, during the enrollment period.

Fees

a. Fees. Your use of the Platform is subject to the timely payment of all Fees. Fees may change from time to time. All Fees are exclusive of Communication Surcharges. You will pay all Communications Surcharges associated with your use of the Platform. Communications Surcharges will be shown as a separate line item on an invoice. All Fees and Communications Surcharges are nonrefundable. Fees will be billed to the credit or debit card we have on file. Fees for subscriptions will be billed in advance of Services. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete billing information (name, address, credit card information, and phone number) and notify us of any changes within 10 days of the change.

b. Noncancellable Fees. Some subscriptions for Services require a non-cancellable minimum subscription commitment which cannot be canceled until the commitment is fulfilled. Fees for such non-cancellable minimum subscription commitments will continue to be automatically applied to your bill until the minimum commitment has been achieved.

c. No Mark Ups. You may not mark-up or increase any HighLevel Fees that you pass through to Your customers or third parties. You are solely responsible for all pass-through Fees and related expenses, including but not limited to refunds and charge backs of such pass-through Fees. HighLevel is not responsible for resolving issues or disputes between You and Your customers regarding pass-through Fees.

Billing

Upon subscribing to a licensing plan, you'll be charged automatically every month or year, depending on your subscription selection, following the date of your initial subscription. Your monthly or yearly billing date will be the first date immediately following your initial period. You may view all past and current paid receipts and invoices by logging into your account and clicking on "Company Billing".

We accept valid credit or debit cards issued by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa. By providing your payment information to Level Up Pipeline, you certify that you're an authorized user of the card.

Additional Services and CRM Charges

Upon purchase of additional services, a fee for that additional service is applicable. Also, you'll be automatically charged for ongoing use of CRM based on the following:

Sending Emails: $0.003375/email

Making Calls: $0.07/min

Receiving Calls: $0.0425/min

Text Messages: $0.0395/SMS

Premium Workflow Triggers/Actions: $0.03/workflow premium actions

Email Validations: $0.015/Email Validations

Content AI: $0.36/1000 Words and 0.24/Image

Cancellation

We can process cancellation requests only during Billing Support's operational hours (Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM PST). Any requests submitted outside these hours will be addressed on the subsequent business day. Please note that we require cancellation requests to be submitted at least three days in advance to allow sufficient processing time. For instance, a request made on a Saturday for a billing scheduled on Sunday might not be processed in time to prevent the charge.

Please remember, if a cancellation request is not submitted promptly, we do not offer refunds. However, if an error occurs on our part, we will rectify the situation and issue a refund accordingly.

Cancellation of your subscription will cease future renewals, but you will continue to have access to the platform until your current billing cycle concludes. If our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or this Policy are violated, all remaining payments will be due immediately and no refunds will be given. All unpaid dues must be cleared upon account termination.

Please remember issuing a chargeback for a transaction that you know is valid is a crime. A false chargeback is a type of fraud. If you're discovered issuing a chargeback that you know is valid, and the chargeback is deemed to be valid, you may be prosecuted and face civil penalties. We make it very easy to cancel your subscription. Please utilize the extremely easy cancellation process.

Refunds

Our monthly or yearly subscriptions are non-refundable; all sales are final. We highly recommend making full use of the free trial period to evaluate if Level Up Pipeline aligns with your business requirements.

Failed Payments and Fees

Our services fall under three categories: month-to-month subscriptions, yearly 'Paid In Full' plans, and packages purchased through a payment plan. The procedures for handling failed payments vary based on the type of service subscribed to.

For month-to-month subscriptions and yearly 'Paid In Full' plans, if a payment is incomplete by your billing date, you may incur additional charges. If your payment is not received or declined within 3 days of the due date, your account will be temporarily suspended. All users, admins, and clients will lose access to the account's data, including the ability to export contacts, media, funnels, websites, or notes, until the balance is fully settled. Should the payment remain unresolved 30 days after the due date, the account will be canceled, no further payments will be owed, and all access to the account's data will be permanently lost.

For packages purchased through a payment plan, should a payment go 10 or more days delinquent, a late fee will be applied to your account.

Accounts remaining delinquent for 60 days will be subsequently referred to a third-party collection service. Beyond the late fee, you may also incur interest charges, processing fees, and collection costs for late or non-payment. Please note that the overdue payment will still be owed.

In any case, it's important to note that any billing disputes must be reported to us in writing within 30 days from when the disputed charge occurred.
